Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, proudly presents the 2^nd edition of the HR Conclave 2025 — a platform for industry leaders to explore the future of workforce management and learning. According to World Economic Forum, as digital transformation accelerates, nearly 60% of employees will need to upskill or reskill by 2027. Workforce 4.0 is about integrating technology with human intelligence to build agile, future-ready teams.

This year’s theme, "Workforce 4.0 – Developing Organizations in the Age of a Multigenerational Workforce," will bring together HR visionaries, talent strategists, and business leaders to discuss innovative HR practices and the role of technology in shaping the workforce.

The Great Lakes HR Conclave, held at Le Méridien Gurgaon, was a resounding success, bringing together over 150 industry leaders, HR professionals, and academicians from various sectors. The event attracted CXOs, HR Heads, talent management experts, and business leaders who shared invaluable insights on the theme "Millennials and the Evolving Work Environment."

The conclave featured engaging keynote addresses, insightful panel discussions, and vibrant interactions, making it a hub for knowledge sharing and networking.
